"I received the etched picture Dog Tags I ordered. I want to thank you for a really great job. Your team was able to erase the background as I requested below and I am so very pleased. I want you to know why it was so important to me - the picture of the little girl is the last picture we have of my grand-daughter, Madelyn, as she was tragically killed in an accident. The Dog Tags are for her father for Father's day and her uncle. The little boy is her brother, Sawyer. These type of gifts are always special but in this instance even more so.
